at the start it wont let me batclaw up to the top silver ledge. Does this happen to anyone else?

Basicly, Joker once threatend the Justice League -If he spots any superhero other than the Batman in Gotham, he will blow up the city with a bomb...and it was once stated that Superman disliked Gotham due to the buildings being made of lead, and Batman dislikes Metropolis due to the buildings being placed so far apart and is harder to hide...
