@bROLLY35 I think you took his statement out of context. Metalcore is just metal with some hardcore injected into it. TBDM have just about zero hardcore in their sound. Some metalcore bands have similar melodic jumpy riffs. But those riffs would fall into the metal side, not the hardcore. Metalcore bands have breakdowns which come from hardcore, which TBDM have very few of.

@Skkitzzo86 I think it's something that may work itself out over time. Some people just become closer with each other than they do with anyone else, and that's probably the case here. I think Ryan is fitting in well with the band, he just doesn't have that really tight bond with Bart like John did. I'll agree that seeing those two pretty much hanging out with each other while melting faces was awesome, but I'm sure Ryan is cool with everyone.
