I love using alot of your kb workouts but i was looking threw maybe im blind but cant find any good back workouts. I been putting alot of focus every where else (arms shoulders an stomach) but my back is lacking an i cant do certain excercises properly (wheels) because of it. Do you have any good excercises to do. My gym i use is lacking so I'm open to ideas. Also to add using your routines and advice im down 10 lbs and people are starting to notice my muscle

@HardTimesHardBodies Ya i suppose i should have done some before pics a year an half ago i was a trembling 270lbs then with a better diet and alot of cardio style excercise (bball, low weight fast pace workouts) drop to 245 then fell off. been doing alot of lifting and your excercise an yesterday scaled in at 221. The calorie cycling is helping alot for me ill try to take some pics today before i go workout but just got camera on phone atm.

@MrOnix9009 Kettlebells are great. I rarely use dumbbells or barbells now. You can get them at most sporting goods stores for about $1.50 per pound. Good luck dude!
