i also said it was also the reffs fault for not stoping the first elbow and give a warning, and i bet you anything matt could not shake him off plus one of his hands were hurt so bad he couldn't use it to block. It should have been no contest because no one won. i could understand if he got a warning and continue to do the elbows, but he didn't because steve is the worst ref in the ufc.

i think the point is that Hamill was eing dismantled, fighting for your life is alot different than actually having a place to go, the blow was illegal, but inconsequential. Hammil was done for , Jones had his arm pinned dislocated hammils shoulder, and just smashed his face. illegal elbow or notg, jones clearley won the fight

what are you talking about, he did check on Hammil, right after the4 fight was called, i was there. mayube it didnt show it on tv, but jones was extremley respe3ctful and humble in his actions and interviews

i think they did that cause jon jones didnt show no respect for a fallen fighter..he jumped up and down like nothing happend wrong..thought he won didnt even check on matt..jones is no sports man i thought he was better than that

@fumbaxt the reason that Hamill didn't tap is because he is a gladiator. Gladiators fight to the death & that is what was about to happen if the fight would have kept going even if Jon Jones wouldn't have thrown the illegal elbows.

Whats important is that we saw Jones put on an amazing performance and he showcased some crazy power and hes a force to reakon with for future big match ups.Hamill got a big heart but its kind of wierd that he didnt tap or whatever when he dislocated his shoulder...
