Nebraska vs. Oklahoma Football Rivalry(ESPN) 11-7-09

One of if not college football's most extraordinary rivalry. These two teams played every year from 1912-1996, when the former Big 8 regrouped and added 4 Texas teams, what is now the Big 12. The conference reformation interfered with scheduling which ended season after season games between these two schools. The programs now play two consecutive games every other two years. The next game will be played in 2012. Here's a recap look of the rivalry on November 7,2009.

I love this rivalry. I'm a husker fan but I respect OU so much. These game are the most fun to watch because of the great tradition between these two schools. I just wish it was like the old days when they played each other every year. It's just such a good rivalry who wouldn't respect both teams

You really talk not good in this post. It's called defense, Nebraska plays it well. OU scored over 60 points in their next game, so I'd say it wasn't so much that they didn't play well, but the Blackshirts just shut them down.
