okay...Not proffesional. he uses his arms WAYYYYY to muchhhh and he rotates well but dosint use his back at the begining of the pull.

you need to bent a little bit forrowd

paddeling on an ergo can be different to a kayak but you must keep a good posture, not arching the back reaching whith the next, and imagine the front of the boat infront of you. enevitibly you cannot paddel the same as in a kayak on an egoro because of the cables, but you get alot out of a 2-3 sessions a wekk on an ergo because you dont loose tension

I believe we had to order this machine from "Dansprint" in Denmark. There is an american company that makes these as well, although I am not sure where to get them from.
