USDA prime is a far cry from Wagyu and to compare the two is almost sinful. How dare you speak with such a deluded sense of patriotism "usda is the best available"?

I love how they show the menu saying not all there stakes are prime but neglect to mention that the first item on the menu is Wagyu with is way better than USDA Prime

@2hottie69isBACK you cant get e-coli from rare meat. rare steak has no bacteria at all if the kitchen is clean. if you ever get e-coli, it's the chef's fault for poorly handling the meat.
