Sarah Lukin, Executive Director of the Native American Contractors Association, delivered this speech at the Alaska Federation of Natives in Fairbanks, AK on October 22, 2010.

She addresses her organization's fight to maintain Native participation in the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program. She confronts the forces against the Native participation, including Sen McCaskill from Missouri, who has focused an attack against Alaska Natives and their Corporations' ability to receive contracts from the Federal Government while ignoring humongous sole-source contracts to Boeing in her very own state.

The presentation from Lukin received applause from the largely Alaska Native audience in several places (though this is hard to hear in the recording).
