This is the Jewish Havdala service- the prayer we say at the conclusion of the holy Sabath every Saturday night at dusk.You can see the Hebrew words in any prayer book, and if you buy an Artscroll Mesorah Siddur, it has an English translation.
In English, it means: BEHOLD GOD IS MY SAVIOR, I WILL HAVE TRUST AND HAVE NO FEAR.
BECUASE GOD IS MY STRENGTH AND SOURCE OF SONG, AND HE WILL BE FOR ME A SALVATION.
AND YOU SHALL DRAW WATERS IN JOY FROM THE WELLSRINGS OF SALVATION.
TO GOD IS SALVATION, UPON YOUR PEOPLE ISRAEL IS YOUR BLESSING FOR ALL ETERNITY.
GOD OF HOSTS IS WITH US, A STRONG HOLD FOR US, OH GOD OF JACOB, FOR ALL ETERNITY
GOD OF HOSTS BLESSED IS ONE WHO TRUSTS IN YOU
GOD WILL SAVE, THE KING WILL ANSWER US ON THE DAY WE CALL OUT TO HIM
TO THE JEWS WAS LIGHT HAPPINESS, JOY AND GLORY , SO WILL IT BE FOR US.

blessed are you g-d ho seperates between light and dark. Moshav band and carlbach in general is a dense mush of light and dark and is therefore probably saying this blessing of g-ds gift of clarity with deep concentration
