Living simply and letting go of material things can bring much happiness Cow Boy learns at Deer Park. Especially with the help of friends! This song is inspired by zen master Thich Nhat Hanh's teaching that painful feelings and thoughts can also be cows which should be gently released; the art of transforming compost into flowers. If our inner 5 year old child is hurt, we can help him/her heal. With practice anyone can find the happiest place inside.

Thanks to teachers and Deer Park friends on the path of mindful living for watering happy seeds in myself and others.
