Metroid other M could never give us the intense feeling, and the epic adventures that the Prime series gave us. NINJA KILLED METROID, THEY KILLED THE ADVENTURE, THEY KILLED THE FEEL. They killed everything. (Or they atleast did these things if Nintendo chooses to co-operate with them again.)

Yeah, Metroid games tend to kinda do that...have similar boss themes...this is Rundas, Adult Chykka and Gandrayda, Thardus and Emporer Ing's first form, Parasite Queen and a whole lot of others...

doesn't detract from the immersion level, though, it just makes it all the more epic and intense.
