  • Yes, the weight it's different. i.e. If you are using a Stanto 500 II (needle) the normal weight it's 2gm for normal mixing. But if you are going to scrath you have to use 5gm.

  • hey jon. i was just wondering, what weight do you have on your needles when you scratch? does it vary from the weight you have on them for normal mixing use?

  • Heh, I never tried that. I aught to order a scratch record from juno. I never had one and I remember they were quite expensive as they were pressed on extra heavy vinyl.
