Group C was the golden era for Le Mans. Why don’t the FIA and whoever else owns the rights to these races listen to the actual fans and bring back the same type of regulations which allowed these power crazy Group C cars to flourish. I hate the horrible sounding diesel cars where they win not on speed but the fact they can do more laps without refueling. Ban diesel! Racing isn’t meant to be green, leave that do-gooder greeny rubish for road cars not racing.

@bill2603 Yeah they were amazing! The f1 was very disappointing, only 7 turned up on the grid for the "Historic SUPERprix" and it was very uneventful! The rest of the day was great but i was amazed that they advertised it with a JPS and one of the wonderful red and white classic Mclarens when they werent even on track :P There was one particular group C car (it was white, im not sure of the make) that really tore through my ears next to the bridge heading into the trees ;P

@Bobobidodo yea bi went on Saturday it was epic...stond on the bridge coming into clearways the whole thing bounces as they go past
