I have to agree about the pants pocket thing. I own an HP iPAQ hx4700. It's one of the largest, heaviest Pocket PCs on the market. It's not nearly as hefty as the OQO but for a Pocket PC it's big. (4 inch screen and metal shell, very boxy form factor). Even that is way too big for a pants pocket. Sure it FITS, but it's not comfortable and does look geeky as you say about the OQO. I've always carried it in my jacket pocket, and that works just fine. Except when it's too hot to wear a jacket ;)
