Cullen Gardens & Miniature Village was located in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. It opened in May 1980 and quickly became a popular attraction for Ontario families and tourists. Besides the beautiful gardens there was a miniature village complete with streets, cars, buildings, model trains and a pond with boats. It was enjoyed by both children and adults. Seasonal attractions were held like the Halloween "Spooky Trails" and during the winter holiday time "The Festival of Lights". This involved huge displays of Christmas lights throughout the grounds. Sadly, after 25 years in operation, Cullen Gardens & Miniature Village closed its doors forever on January 1st, 2006.
