I love the concept looks incredible, but building it in the middle of the suburban sprawl that its trying not to be doesnt make sense. This would be perfect in La Jolla (like the Seahaus site) or Newport beach or even uptown Dallas, of course it would be 10x more expensive to build.

That is not replica of small town, that is replica of some buildings , Supetar is better, and not so comercial like this....
