@6Pqin That's the ULTIMATE IMPACT hit, which doesn't appear to be in Storm 2, unfortunately. You just have to hold the Attack Button for a few seconds and then your character will prepare to hit the enemy. Basically worth 200 points on the ranking, since it's supposed to appear a bit difficult. Depends though.
