well it's been about a year since i used it, i have pretty good teeth says my dentist so i havent had issues with sensitivity... though i read an article recently about how whitening at stores can have detrimental effects-they're discovering that now,, so I think it's a case by case thing. lol

Yeah most ppl are pretty sensitive to it... not sure why but my teeth didn't get sensitive using them twice a day ... and it's been a few months since I wore them :/
