Super Hero Workout
Now that summer is over, the time has come to get back into those healthy habits and get that body lookin how you want it to. Time to start kickin those workouts into high gear so you can burn major fat and look nice n lean....
If you've been following most of my tips and you've been consistent for the past few months, then it's time to kick it up a notch.. time to start super setting!
A superset is when you take two different exercises and you do one right after another.
Example:
Bench Press w/ medicince ball chest pass
or
Lunges w/ leg press
So you're working pretty much the same muscles but with different exercises with little to no rest in between sets.
Here's a good sample workout thats CRAZY!!!! If you think you're tough enough, give it a try... good luck ;)
10 minute warm-up on any cardio machine..
Legs
Barbell Squats w/ Jump Squats....3 sets, 12-15 reps each
Lunges w/ Leg Press
Upper Body, Abs
Machine shoulder Press w/ pushups
Lat Pull Down w/ close grip cable row
Dumbell side raises w/ peck deck machine
Dumbell curls w/ russian twist.....15-20 reps for ab exercises
Tricep Cable extension w/ jack knife crunch
10 minute cool down on any cardio machine...
Stretch
Do this work out or something similar to it 3 times a week and you'll be lookin and feeling like superhero in NO TIME!!!!

super hero workouts, you'll be doing ALL kinds of crazy stuff... maybe even some fancy editing tricks ;)
