  • Yes, these do work. I have been doing Pilates for a year now. The technique by Katrina is good. She is very clear. If you can, try and have a 121 with a teacher to get the basics and understand the breathing technique. Pilates is the best exercise I have every done. I absolutely love it! Have fun!

    I've been doing it twice a day and am in my early thirties, used to have rolls on the belly, now they're pretty much gone!:) It took two weeks:)

  • From a personal exeprience you can never tell in general what to avoid and be sure that you cover all the possible mistakes that someone especially beginners can make. The best way if you are a beginner or have a condition to do One on One class and learn the theory based on your body analysis. It is not only in Pilates it stands for anything that you want to learn. The video is just fine for people who are familiar with exercises
