@SomeGuyDrumming you can actually write to them and ask if you can order them. they order in bulk and only a couple times a year. i posted a while ago that they were very expensive though for a snare head, but they sound great and they feel great to play on

@trickg1 in your dreams.
-
@trickg1 they use kevlar batter heads from Switzerland now
-
@SomeGuyDrumming Remo - they use Fiberskyn batters - not sure what the snare sides are anymore - they used to be Remo but they switched after I left the unit.

@MrJimmyboy1972 Don't be a hater because they do it way better than any pipe band. ;-)
-
That was AWESOME nice to see some traditional stuff!
-
@wackemwack this isnt american musical tradition, this is a modern take on it. if you are going to do it, do it right. too contrived, women in the band, not historically correct. come to scotland and see how it is done properly.

AMBIENT to the maxx!! Outstanding!
-
@drumbum369 IDK if a drummer is involved you can be sure of some hotdogging somewhere down the line! :-)

@robins2399 wat is the name of the company that makes the heads? how could I contact them?
i doubt they did back sticking during the rev. war

if you read what they are about, they apply old techniques with modern techniques, hence the back sticking

@lemonite1 their drum heads are kevlar and made in switzerland. I tried ordering one for my rope drum but it was way to much, but yea, they definitely have this very distinct sound to them that is just fantastic...
