Disinformation, Fear, And Hate In America

The old guard fiscal conservatives in the GOP have been conquered, their party has been taken over by the corporatist, in a pact with theocrats, and objectivist.

The GOP, and the Right Wing Media, Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, et al, have been propagating a campaign of irrational fear, and hate against President Barack Obama since 2007.

These devious and dishonest attacks are designed to delegitimize the Presidency of Barack Obama, and to characterize him as; the other, foreign, un-American, non-Christian, and alien. He has been called a socialist, a communist, a fascist, The New Hitler, a Marxist, a Stalinist, a Muslim (as if that is some how not ok), an African Anti-Colonialist, the Anti-Christ, a baby killer, a gay lover, uppity, The Food Stamp President, and n!@@&r.

The propagation of this disinformation, ignorance, fear, and hate has spread to over 20% of the voting populace.

Americans must confront this ignorance and fear head on, and expose it. We can no longer afford to turn our heads, and couch this orchestrated insanity as if it were a series of isolated incidents.

The base of the GOP is clearly without any moral compass. They have been programmed with fear, into a position of unfounded distrust and hate for government, education, facts, and their fellow citizens. In their fevered zealotry, they express a fanatical willingness to vote against their own self-interest.

Watch this video and then tell me how anyone with a modicum of intelligence, or any degree of honesty, or human decency, could vote for this Republican Party.

A Mitt Romney Presidency would have represented a hostile corporate takeover of the Government of the United States of America, and the installation of a corporatist theocratic state.

Hillbilly can be a respectable lifestyle. Hillbillies don't let anyone tell them what to do, they don't trust the government, they are self-sufficient, and so I'd imagine they don't get involved in politics much. But obviously, these are not the fine folks you were talking about.
