Pat Woods pledged in 92, they were throwing K's before then. The K's were started in the 80's. But Elton Mc Washington is credited with bringing them "UP". Meaning he changed it to the present form where the hands are near the face palms out to the audience, then pushed into the "K" position. Before that, the arms were just swept (In a circular motion) from one side of the body to the other with the palms of the hands facing the chest.

Come on bruhs.....Every chapter does other chapters steps. That is one thing that makes up a fraternity. I have seen many people do step that we (Delta Psi) made up, and we have done steps from other chapters and it is a blessing to see such unity. I mean really "throwing K's" was originated by Patrick Woods (Delta Psi-Prairie View) and now it is the Farternities signature step. That is a blessing. Much love to FAMU bruhs as well as Troy bruhs. Every chapter walks by the same creed.

I'm not even about to argue with some PERP on line, so I'm just going to say this. I've seen DI do Midnight. They've seen us do ours. Many times. Just because you've fantasized about being in DI in your room and done a step you've seen them do before doesn't mean anything. No REAL DI bruh would come on here spitting that garbage.
