We have tried to break this conference down in such a way so that no one person should be bored at anytime because we are talking about a particular subject or department that is not associated with theirs.

We look at the management teams attending the internal theft conference as being disciplined members of a professional sports team.

Each team member has only two goals in mind as the conference kicks off.
