In all honesty, makes sense to do some degree of targeting. If a product is scarcely consumed by minorities, little sense in tacking in black and yellow faces unless a company is trying to expand into a new market. Reads as pointless PC-washing, otherwise. Same with jamming white faces into a product largely consumed by minorities, though most of those aren't nationally advertised to begin with.

Can you find the black guy in a Sears commercial? Its almost like playing a racist version of Wheres Waldo. Wheres Willie i guess would be more appropriate.
