The Germans were tried for aggressive war in the Nuremberg trials should the current administration be held accountable for the aggressive war in Iraq using the same principles?

  • Disappointing video - far too much pulling at the heart strings and other schmalts.

The essential point is that the US, UK, Australia, and Spain "axis" tore up the Nuremberg rules when it suited them.

Jackson the senior US attorney at Nuremberg made the point that the rules apply to all.

Your heart's in the right place but this is a tediously drawn out video that could have been to the point.

  • Great video !! I despair that the neo-cons would tell you that the Invasion of Iraq was sanctioned by Int'l Law as an extension of the first Gulf War. A coalition had been bombing Iraq throughout the 90s, it was a smaller coalition that out boots on the ground and invaded.

  • Killing you because I have some BS intelligence that you might misuse something or you have the potential of hurting someone....can you imagine what that would look and feel like in our society. There would be no end to the fear and paranoia and murders. That Iraq had WMD's was a conspiracy theory. That there are more militant fringe muslims in Iran than there are in Pakistan, which has nukes, is a CONSPIRACY THEORY. Stop being manipulated.
