When your in Sagada and looking for an authentic dish, you might want to try "Utag" and "Pinikpikan". The dish took 40 mins or more before they served it. Our craving for the authentic food was satisfied but make sure that you have a lot of money pay for it or you might end up paying 1,500 pesos just like we did.....
Manila, leaving all the stress behind. We ride...we came...we saw and we conquered Sagada!!! using our yamaha. Some road trippers would go there using their vans and cars which is too comfortable and too easy....but if you want the thrill of travelling in the fast lane, feeling the adrenaline rush in every turns, bumps and rough roads...yet enjoying the view and nature, that is adventure!!!...riding a motorbike is the best way to go...
