Just a quick video to show how I was able to successfully install the clip on my D10. I know it's dark, out of focus, and slightly out of frame, but it should give you a rough idea of how the process goes. Yes, you CAN do it! :) Also, excuse the dirty fingernails... I just got home from work. :o

  • Wow, just got mine on after a few hours of trying. IMHO the clip was poorly designed, but I guess Nitecore put all their efforts into the light and not the clip. Just wish it wasn't so difficult. The D10 is an awesome light!!!

  • Just how I planned on doing it, nice to see AHEAD of time that it's the right medthod.

    I think folks might freak out keeping the screw perpendicular to the backing plate and just ignoring the clip while you're working on it but that relationship is the only thing that matters in this install. I think some people are cross-threading them.
