This is good but I think it wud b better if you shortened bits such as the "no no way dude, you suck" or whatevr cud b just "no way....you suck dude" and the "you're not gona play the guitar" or whatever could be left out, the laughing bit and the "ur a joke man" etc was enough. and the first "thanks for trying out for our band" bit went on for too long methinks. There are a few unecessarily long talky bits, it would flow better wihtout them. I might be wrong of course but thats my advice!
