Ground Zero 9/11 Terror Mosque part 3. Jon Stewart on Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf and Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal VS. Fox News and ignoramus Glenn Beck. Follow the money to find Terrorist Command Center. This video includes clips for Jon Stewart The Daily Show (08-16-2010, 08-19-2010, 08-23-2010, 10-12-2010) and Stephen Colbert The Colbert Report (08-12-2010).

In recent news, serious accusations have been made about the Imam proposing the so-called "Ground Zero Mosque".

Sean Hannity : I have the biggest problem with the controversial Imam
Karl Rove : ...and I don't trust this Imam
Fox News : This guy, Imam Rauf, he's not a great ...he's not a good guy
Steve Doocy : He's the mastermind behind the proposed ground zero Mosque
Bill O'reilly : Imam Rauf, he is no friend to America
Fox : This guy IS a radical
Fox : This radical Imam, we don't know what he's planning on doing in that cultural center
Hannity: Should he even be in the U.S.?

Jon Stewart : Oh my God, Imam Faisal Abdul Rauf, he's a radical terrorist sympathizer. I had no idea, because the name is so familiar. Where have I seen that name before: no fly list, no, America's most wanted, I don't believe that was it, war on terror playing cards, or was it:

Brian Kilmeade : To my immediate left Imam Faisal Abdul Rauf, he is the founder of the Cordoba initiative. The group proposing the center.

Stewart : Holy (bleep) he was on Fox.

The Imam's wife was also on Fox News, where Fox's Laura Ingram APPLAUDED this MODERATE Imam last December:

Laura Ingram : Let's talk about the Islamic center at ground zero. I can't find many people who really have a problem with it,
Bloomberg is for it, you got Rabbis in New York saying they don't have a problem with it. I know your group takes a moderate approach to Americanizing people, assimilating people, which I applaud, I think that's fantastic. I like what you're trying to do, and Mrs. Khan we appreciate it.

Stewart : Oh, Fox News.

In fact, Imam Rauf was appointed by George Bush to improve relations with Muslim countries*:
* after invading 2 Muslim nations that NEVER attacked the U.S. and killing hundreds of thousands of Muslim CIVILIANS

Howard Dean : ...the rhetoric from Sarah Palin about terrorists, you know this Imam is not a terrorist, this is ridiculous. He was sent by President Bush around the world to be an ambassador for the U.S.

Steven Colbert : The "Allah-pologists" point out that the head of this proposed Islamic center, Imam Faisal Abdul Rauf, is a well known moderate who worked on Islamic outreach with the Bush administration. Well there's no surprise there, Bush was a well known Muslim sympathizer:

George Bush : The Muslim faith is based upon peace, and love, and compassion.

Colbert : Why don't you go clear some brush Hajji.

The funny thing is that President Obama is the one that is actually being attacked as a "Muslim Sympathizer" for CONTINUING to work with Imam Rauf.
So back to the accusations, exactly how do we know that the Imam's a "radical"?

Stewart : Perhaps a "scholar" familiar with Middle East issues told us so (a "teacher", a "healer"...of sorts):

Beck : Now, what did this "moderate" say just a few days after 9/11? Well, of course what all "moderates" would say (quote): ' I wouldn't say that the United States deserved what happened. But United States policies were an accessory to the crime that did happen' Ho, Ho, Ho, Ho.

Stewart : What kind of scheming, America-hating, extremist monster would say something so profoundly "evil"...cut to Glenn Beck 3 months earlier:

Beck : I wasn't paying attention before 9/11. I didn't know what the heck was going on in the world. Now I'm paying attention. When people said they hate us. Well, did we deserve 9/11? No. But were we minding our business? No. Were we in bed with dictators and abandon our values and principles? Yes. THAT CAUSES PROBLEMS.

Stewart : What will he think tomorrow?

So what are the "questions" about the Mosque's financing?

Doocy : Where is the money coming from?
Kilmeade : Where are they gonna get the 100 million dollars from?
O'reilly : Where is the money coming... is it coming from Wahabists ... in Saudi Arabia?
Gretchen Carlson : What's he gonna be doing there? Is he gonna be raising money for this Mosque.
Kilmeade : The Imam behind the Mosque may accept money from Iran, there's Saudi Arabia.
Karl Rove : They need to tell us who's behind it, and where's the money coming from.

Wait a minute...Karl Rove worked for Bush when Imam Rauf was appointed. So why is Rove only now questioning his funding?

Stewart : Cuz it might be Muslim Money. Dirty, dirty Muslim money.

Fox : We're following the money trail. Where is this money coming from?

  • Fox News counts on the short attention span and depends on our amnesia and bad memory to say one thing to incite us in support of something or someone and then as time goes by, demonizes the same person they previously praised.
