  • Lot's of research. I guess it takes lots of time but it's worth it!

  • @woyya123 It was just on the news then that house prices in Australia are 61% overvalued, I hope it all comes crashing down so rich cunts go under for being such greedy cunts and not giving a fuck about the well being of your fellow Australians.

GREED IS GOOD, now go and vote Liberal in the election u prick

  • @woyya123 Get upset I will get upset don't!!!

    Question:

    What is a house for?

    a) A place for people to live in and have a shelter (what it is designed for)

    b) A place for rich cunts to speculate and get even more rich out of (when they only need 1 house anyway) whilst average people get worse off

If you don't know what the correct answer is you are a FUCKEN DUMB CUNT

  • @Mollarooza mate this is real life. Just because people are smarter than you and actually have been successful dont get upset...please.

  • @Mollarooza ur an idiot

  • You moron how about housing would be more affordable without investors so people could actually buy a house of their own???

    Are you that stupid???

Property investors are the scum of the earth they are like blood sucking leaches

  • What a short-sighted comment! Investors in Australia provide accommodation to more than 1 million households annually - if not for "greedy investors", where would you live? Government housing?

I own investment properties AND I rent, because I could never afford to buy a house in the neighbourhood I rent in.

It would do you good to whip your sour grapes up into a nice smoothie and look at world a bit less negatively :)

  • Houses should be a roof over your head not an investment, you want to make the rich richer at the expense of the average person wanting the basics.

shame on yoou, i hope the market crashes nest year and all you greedy people will be crying
