@KayBeeEee1983 No I wasn't reading it wrong. The Marginal Tax rate for the highest bracket was 91% from 1950-1963 (in 1952 it was actually 92%). Also for record, from 1936-1981(Regain) that rate never fell below 70%. You can verify this yourself. If you type "Marginal tax rate 1950" you'll get a whole host of links too historical charts. Also, this is off topic, but in response to your' question "no one pays 90% tax, do they". Look up the Beatles song Taxman and it's history.

@KayBeeEee1983 ok you can be a pretentious ass if you like . I extended the olive branch in order to save you some heartache, but go your own way. The offer still stands. I win in court because I have an affidavit of sovereignty on file Which places me in status above the 14th amendment US citizen/subject/slave and places me in the position of a Sovereign American National and a sovereign of the state in which I inhabit. Not possible if sovereignty were an abstraction!

@KayBeeEee1983 the docs I will send you are free.I only ask that you pay them forward for te same price, free, as I have done. The truth is out there , but it requires a great deal of resolve to access it. It is surrounded by ten thousand mediocre minds appointed to guard the past. I am not your enemy, rather a purveyor of the truth, and I normally don't waste my time with banter, but you seem like you are tired of the bullshit, or you wouldn't have written 30 X's so I can save U time N pain

@justaman6972 "Don't be angry with me because someone else had an agenda to retain control and a will to power"
You mean the antebellum, southern aristocrats?
"I recommend that you question everything and accept nothing as fact until verified by you in the first person."
I do exactly that. I have read historical documents written by the southerners themselves, they are all on the internet. You need to take your own advice and read up on the subject, rather than watching YT videos.

@KayBeeEee1983 rather than arguing send me a pm with an email and I will send you a shit pile of valuable info I have amassed over the years that is functional and easily applied in the current day. Like the common law default method of beating any traffic citation you get part of which cites Yick wo v Hopkins and I've used it to dissolve my relationship w/ the DMV. This among other valuable documents. I can see that you have a passion and want to know the truth. I'd be happy to give some to you

@KayBeeEee1983 forts magazines and territories etc, but the extent of its jurisdiction is the 10 sq. miles of D.C. and the States retain sovereignty respectively, that is until the seditious Buck Act of 47' in which created a laminated supra/psuedo national govt. over the states, by fraud like implied consent . Like when you use a zip code for you address, accepting a driver license, or use a social security # these are adhesion contracts consenting to be a federal employee w/o your knowing it.

@justaman6972 "The fed govt. has authority over the ten sq. mile area of D.C. only."
Wrong, they also have authority over all the military bases around the country, and all the national parks around the country. Do you think Kentucky has authority over Fort Knox?
yes actually. Alumni 2009!
