Bowen only seems overrated to Kobe fans because Kobe lights his ass on fire with 30 ppg . Bowen is good at defending most guards. Bowen is so good because he knows how to play dirty. Watch Kobe defend. Even Kobe plays dirty, he pins the player's arm to their body so they can only use one hand to handle the ball. The NBA is dirty and refs aren't perfect. Players like Kobe and Bowen have learned how to play dirty without getting called for the foul. Doc Rivers teaches players how to play dirty.
