Mickey's Speedway USA: Hidden Car Parts

The locations of all 4 hidden car parts in Mickey's Speedway USA. They're in Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Malibu, respectively. Once you collect all 4, you unlock the final race series: Frantic Finale. You don't have to complete the race in order to keep the car part: as soon as you've grabbed it, its yours for keeps.

Nope. You only need to get the car parts; as soon as you touch it, its for keeps, so you can drop out of the race and you'll still have it.

When you get all 4 car parts, you unlock the final race series: Hawaii, Oregon, Texas, and Colorado.
