Ok I saw my ex brother in law's mugshot on there, now he got indecent exposer for peeing on the side of a road. I really think there is a fucken difference here, c'mon how many of us have had to pee outside?

Your ex brother in law may have told you he was just peeing outside, but you don't register as a sex offender for just peeing outside.
