This is not a very good method for throwing someone. Rather than taking such a high underhook, which only invites a limp-arm escape and counter-throw, simply reach behind and around the guy's waist for better control and more power. No reason to get fancy, simple, basic judo is sufficient for such an encounter. Visit our channel page and check out some of our judo videos!
