Ryan Seacrest Today Show Interview: Hosting 2012 London Olympics for NBC & Jokes With Matt Lauer

'American Idol' host and Hollywood's busiest man Ryan Seacrest appeared on 'The Today Show' in an interview with Matt Lauer. Seacrest and Lauer traded jokes about hosting The Today Show each subtly joking that Seacrest might be taking Lauer's job as host of 'The Today Show' eventually. Seacrest's big announcement was that he would be hosting the 2012 London Olympics for NBC.

If the Today Show ratings go up with Ryan's inclusion, then he very likely will take over Matt's hosting job. I like Matt, so I hope he and Ryan will just co-host the show, along with Natalie, Savannah and Al.
