Pledge to switch away from Big Telecom! Big phone and cable companies have made record profits while they overcharge and disrespect Canadians. Those profits are then used to lobby for more control and price-gouging.

Ever easier. Say no to the greedy media giants and do what I've done. use a local ISP. I"ll NEVER use Rogers or Bell internet. their bandwidth caps are already rediculous. I use Start Communications, the best customer service I;ve encountered, though not 24/7. I've been with them since 28.8 dial-up was the norm for residential, and I have no intention of changing.

I'm seeking refugee status in some other country if this goes through, because as a young Canadian a good deal of my CULTURE is online. If this goes through they will be denying me access to my cultural rights, and thus will seek a country that will give me my freedoms accordingly.
