Go watch?v=uLxwChE0Q4g at 2:08 to see Jerry Miculik reload, for example. Now this guy is a world champion, shooting a tuned revolver under perfect conditions.
Still, it shows two things: first, the maximum reload speed; and second, the proper way to film shooting and reload speed.
Again, your point is absolutely correct. Big mags are a convenience, not a game changer (like full- versus semi-auto). But for clarity, at least caption the shots and especially cuts. Maybe two repetitions.

I agree with the point you're trying to make here, but I this video doesn't make it very well. Usually, these kinds of videos show a magazine being emptied, nine shots let's say, then a magazine swap, then more shots.
You show two shots, pull the gun back (presumably for a magazine swap; we usually can't see it), take two more shots, and then...cut, a jump in the continuity. Repeat: 2, swap, 2, cut. Several times.
The unexplained cuts completely destroys the timing — and your point.

The government is using this shooting incident as a way to attempt to further their agenda to disarm law abiding Americans. They are not stupid and they know as well as we do that gun control doesn't work and taking away standard capacity magazines doesn't mean anything either. They are just using this particular incident to get a foot hold into taking our rights away. There are larger reasons why they want to take our guns away and they are not pretty.
