I run a computer lab that focuses on digital printing. We were told that if we bought Lacie 320s for over $1000 a piece, that I would get great color AND support for these products. Well For 2 years, we did get great color, but when 6 (yes SIX) of the 14 monitors started to show what looks like a screen burn, I've been given nothing but a run around by Lacie and NOW I'm getting the silent treatment. So by ignoring me, I figured I should share with the world my problem so you might not have the same issue. If you know why I would get this "Persistent Image" issue (technically, it's not a screen burn, that is only on CRT's), please feel free to share.
Yea, I threw them away and replaced them with another brand. They say to avoid the problem, you should turn the monitors off when not in use with the switch on the back but that is hard to do in our labs that are always active. If you can turn them completely off for a few days it will go away for a while but once it happens, it will always come back. Since Lacie's support SUCKS, they wouldn't fix this issue even though it was within the 3 year warranty. Good luck.

@jacesk8 Yea, I bought eizo monitors to replace all the Lacie monitors. They have a 5 year support and their support can't be any worse then Lacie.
