Inside Story - Radovan Karadzic - 30 July 08 Part 1

Despite being one of the world's most wanted men, former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic remains a national hero to many Serbs. Thousands turned out in Belgrade on Tuesday night to show their support for the war crimes suspect. He's been in custody in the Serb capital since his capture last week. But as his extradition took place, those loyal to him poured onto the city's streets to protest against the government decision to extradite him to the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague.

Our generation grew up where every day we would be hearing news about how a Serbian sniper shoot a Muslim baby but in reality it was vise versa. So many similar stories like that. So for us to question Karadizic's involvement comes natural. All you see is BBC and CNN news that instead of being neutral and showing both sides of the story, went into Bosnia and took Muslim side, and just showed them as victims and Serbs as perpetrators. Only god knows what happened there and only he can judge us.

@ljubo33 well if its not true look at the statistics from the red cross, ICTY, on the internet and you will see which side had most civilian casulties.Bosnia has NEVER been land and IT WILL NEVER BE SERB LAND.Ask your self why is the biggest Orthdox Church and the oldest orthodox church in Bosnia in Sarajevo not destroyed by Muslims if they wanted to attack the Serb nation and why were all the Muslim Mosques destroyed in Banja Luka during the war?

@cucicuci18 Exactly. The Ottomans treated all non muslims like shit. You only had rights if you were Muslim. This is what Izetbegovic was trying to recreate for Bosnia. They hired a PR company to make them look like the victims in the war but the truth is starting to come out now.
