While Occupy Wall Street tents have been popping up all across the U.S., homeless people have been forced to Occupy a camp in the woods over the last 5 years. RT's Anastasia Churkina reports from New Jersey's Tent City -- and finds out why the homeless haven't been joining the protests.

  • Who owns the land that these people are camping out on? I bet it's some rich mofo who doesn't even use it. Let the people stay there!!!

  • @Scalpking47 oh ok so that makes it alright then

  • Shameful

  • Kung fu homeless

  • @mikecorbeil did you know Russia has 5 million homeless people with 3.4% of the population homeless. USA ranges from 600,000 to 2.5 million or 1% of the population. This is essential info. Ask yourself why RT has never reported on their own 5 million.

  • @Dreamcaseal If you think you'ld be permitted to play Mr Turkeyshoot with these roosters, then better not do it without strict authorization from the people running these camps. If you did and I was part of the camp's management, then you'ld be deserving quite a beating. Killing a few, but far from all of these birds is surely ok.

EGGS are what poor people need to use and the eggs from these birds in this woods would be greatly healthy and nutritive. They're Nature-fed birds.

  • The following is a similar video of 3 minutes runtime from RussiaToday on Dec. 18, 2011, and it's about the same "tent city" in Lakewood, NJ, but there's a little difference in the report.

The following is part 1 of 5 for a 40-minute documentary from Lakewood Ministry Church.

    watch?v=UmKUG-xurQA

    3 of 5, v=ZQskGzLqrmE

    5 of 5, watch?v=QiR4elBH68g

I've only listened to part 1 of 5, so far, and it's excellently done and essential info.
