That's a very healthy vegetarian dish and looks very tasty too! Although I doubt Laura was a vegetarian right?

That side of beef comment sounded like a joke but I'm sure she ate meat. She seemed pretty healthy so it must've been purely genetics and he lack of seeing a doctor that killed her.

Great interview but I wonder if Laura was hypoglycemic. Some of the symptoms she described can occur from low blood sugar. She was a exceptional vocalist.
