To add to my last post...The father has admitted to dragging Jani by her feet and holding her down with his foot on her chest, simply because she wouldn't wash her hands after going to the bathroom. He admits to leaving his severely mentally ill child unattended at a playground where she ends up crying and surrounded by strangers ready to call CPS, because he had "no choice" but to take his dog to a nearby dog-park. What a great question? Where do I begin -perhaps when Jani was 2 mths old and her father screamed at her and shook her with "impotent anger" because he couldn't get her to sleep. Or maybe, the fact that he admits to being so violent in front of Jani he would throw things and damage the walls as well as admitting to seeing the fear in Jani's eyes.
