  • Can my friend expunge their record for free if their case was judgment deferred-no conviction?

  • i plead not guilty to 2 misdemeanors and was convicted in north carolina. i was not guilty, there was no proof of guilt, just the officers word against mine and we all know how that goes. its ruining my life as i am 52 working as a waitress simply because i cant find a descent job.

  • @CFuturez Contact me for more info about this. Most criminal defense lawyers have no clue what their talking about.

  • @CFuturez You can't. If you do, you're allways be on the county and federal database.

  • hell i live in FL and would like to get more info on your help

  • At approx. 1:30, this lawyer says that "you can always get that criminal charge erased from your record." This is not true at all. As a matter of fact, having your criminal record "expunged," "sealed," or "cleared" is a difficult process to accomplish. Though you do not need an attorney to file the necessary paperwork, it is not necessarily easy or quick. In AZ, many of these cases where the person seeks to "clear" their criminal record fails.

  • There is no such thing as an expungement, the employer can still see your charges, even if those charges were never used against you in court. Any plea bargain is worthless, and if a lawyer tells you to plead guilty to a lessor charge - remember the original charge is still on your record forever! They will not remove it, and if you complete any requirements where the charges will be dismissed or reduced its a crock! Each state has you wait sometimes up to 10 years.

  • could you provide me with a expungment form please? my email address is holcomb_sandra@yahoo.com Thank you
