Men have no rights. All you have is a few more pitiful years in your life to sacrifice yourself and make a woman's life easier.

Children reach 18 the start of adulthood.Do you as a parent now have children anymore Or do you have Adult Offspring,In many cases non residential parents are asked or rather forced to make CSA maintenance for their offspring well past 18, particularly if further education is followed.This is wrong and is allowed unchallenged because the government is saving money by taking this stance . is this against human rights?

I'm sorry things worked out for you like that but I'm glad God blessed you with the insight to realize the truth: That your dad loves you no matter what and so does your mom even though she might have a hard time expressing it. @wakeus777 u thought u were alone? there r so many cases of this its actually becoming a joke, & STILL nothing has been done about it. my mum had bipolar, anorexia & clinical depression & she still got custody. i love her, but she caused me & my bro heaps of issues were still dealing with, & it would have been better if dad brought us up. she spent most of her child support on her amazing designer wardrobe. dad paid separately for our schooling & medical needs...& everything else for that matter

Respond to this video... but they sure do demand I pay her child support so she can spend it on other things besides my son. The child is the casualty of this situation and the courts are so hypocritical. They pose like they care about the child yet they do the complete opposite: Deny my child his fathers love and care, and award the psychotic with a form of alimony. anyways, thnx 4 ur post. It's good to know Im not alone. Is there any movement for dads I can join? THIS HAS TO STOP!!

@TheBgoz thanks for post. You nailed my situation to the letter. From the day he was born she & her family have done all to keep me out of his life. It has taken me over a yr to just have the courts recognize the paternity tests I requested bcuz she basically took my child from me and denied me being the father. Im in school completing my R.T license for Medicine so im not a weirdo or deadbeat. She has a history of BIPOLAR disorder and alcohol abuse and yet the courts dont even listen to me...
