sorry to hear that i did not see my kids for two years, the csa and the courts are total wanklers. You mus have a crap lawyer, and the caffacass officer must be a right bitch. I got glowing reports from caffcass, but the courts refused to give an order for contact only directions, So this gives my ex an excuse to stop contact when she wants, The pressure we fathers are under is emense and the things we ahve to do to see our kds , is massive no wonder father give up.

to be fair to the caffcass officer she did get me to see my kids but it had to be observed, then she got my ex to let my kids stay with me for 5 days. No help from the state, I have 4 kids, the youngest would not come, So i had to bring my kids up from wolverhampton, feed, and take care of them and bring them back on uk benefits of 80s per week. Still the courts are so one side its parthetic.

CSI NAZI holds 5% as a transaction fee, and 10% award to the total child support payment.
$100 child support a week , CSA gets 5% fee, plus 10% of total collection reward.

In the United States, we don't charge a fee and all monies either go home to the Custodial Parent or reimburse the taxpayers.

It sounds like I really prefer the American system for Child Support to the English.

50/50 Joint Custody is the best Intrest for the Child.
Also just so u know during my Child custody case, I was so prepared for CSA to show up in my property. I swear to GOD that would have been the last time for thosse MF.

I agree that 50/50 is a better setup. My situation was accidental. I get along well with the mother, so we don't need the court.

In the United States, we don't get rewarded for higher orders. If anything, unrealistic orders get our agency penalized, since they're impossible to collect on.

We're often at odds with our court, because of this.

Also, we only enforce the monetary portion of the order. Custody and Visitation have to be enforced by a member of law enforcement.

For every Payment, 5% plus 10% goes to the CSA Nazi.
The whole Family system is a scam. It's separated in different offices and each office blame the other just so they don't take responsibility.

You did not mentioned that MEAN suspending drivers licences, taking kids away, prison time, etc etc.

I'm not telling you that ALL agencies don't charge fees. I'm telling you that the standards appear to be different in the United States from those in England. There isn't a Federal Compliance measure tied to the size of an order in the U.S.. The agency that I work for does not charge fees for funding.

Yes. Drivers license suspensions and prison time are methods of enforcement.

Again, at least here in the U.S., Child Support enforcement is separate from custody enforcement
