Can someone help,because when I record,everything just goes to black after reviewing DX

I recorded perfectly MapleStory with HyperCam2 but when i wanted to see my video it was all black! Can someone tell me how to fix it?

What happens to me is the screen goes blank whenever i press a key in the video, but i found out how to gte it working a while ago (it was tricky) and now i forget :(

im not sure but im using xfire it works much better cuz quality is great and hycam2 screws up for maple for me
