@urfaceisfattlol so what if he was in jail....it dosnt make a difference if he was in jail or not..what matters is that one fight scene...just b/c he was once in jail dosnt mean he can deliver the death blow to the face when he is on the floor blinded with no weapon on him....you just cant do that hence why he went to prison...even the SISTER of the victim was in shock..you think she was happy with her bf for what he did?

@TheVenturino123 ... well wasn't the brother in JAIL he got out and his first thing was to simply attack the guy so even though he killed him he shouldnt have gone to jail the evidence and everything that the guy already PLANNED to attack him is simply enough

@urfaceisfattlol okay, lets break it down..first the guy is swinging at him...he takes a few hits...and eventually gets the upper hand and the other guy is on the floor blinded with no weapon on him...if he ran away or held him down or something until the cops got there..thats self defense...giving him that extra swing to the face with that bat crosses the line...simple as that...

@urfaceisfattlol lol please do a little research before you say something with such certainty. self defense wouldn't cover it, his life wasn't in danger anymore. any judge would send him to jail. true story.
