On Sunday 6th September 2009, the Derby Dr Who Group - The Whoovers - hosted 'Whooverville' Dr who Convention. Held at the Midland Railway Centre, Midland Railway Trust, Butterley Station, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3QZ This is the first part of the Podcast panel at this event.
Whooverville 2009 - what a fantastic event! We got to meet so many great people, fellow podcasters and otherwise.
That's me talking for most of this video (in the white T-Shirt saying Staggering Stories (our website and podcast)) and I'm glad to see I looked fairly relaxed and natural - I didn't feel it before we went up onto the stage in front of goodness knows how many Doctor Who fans (who were, lets face it, there really to see the likes of The Colin Baker - not us!)
I've met 2 of those people on stage, lovely people

* In and out of the shot on the far left, in the purple and mauve, is Tony Gallichan of the Flashing Blade podcast.
* The man in the black t-shirt is Michael from the Tin Dog Podcast (as t-shirt might suggest!)
* The woman in the black t-shirt is 'Fake Keith' from the Staggering Stories podcast.
* In the white t-shirt we have Adam J Purcell of the Staggering Stories podcast (i.e. me!)
* Hovering in and out of the shot on the far right is Marty Perrett from the Whocast and the Box Room podcasts.
