Brand Autopsy blog readers will recall an earlier post about Snow's BBQ, a BBQ joint in Lexington, TX that was once hardly-known but now is widely-known thanks to hefty praise from Texas Monthly magazine.
Today was the day for me to make the hour-long drive from Austin to visit Snow's and experience for myself the littlest bestest BBQ joint in Texas. I took along my itty-bitty camera and quickly cobbled together this amateurish video of my visit.

Gotta admit. I miss seeing those small winding roads and the countryside. Think I might have to pick up some Snow's bbq when I get back.

My home town! I used to work right across the road at that feed store.

i've been meaning to check out Snow's ever since the Texas Monthly award, but wanted to wait until the commotion calmed down a bit....is there still a huge line every Saturday morning? Better yet, have they expanded their hours any?

Great video! Not many people knew of our little town before "the article"! Thanks for sharing.
